Do I Need a Rest Day?
I haven't thought about this before now but I'm wondering if I "need" a rest day. How do I replace swimming?
Currently I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and swimming for about 45 minutes per day. I won't be able to swim after this month and need a no cost replacement. Logging Exercise 30 Day Shred Level 1
I'm new to My Fitness Pal. Does anyone have a good way to log exercise for the 30 Day Shred Level 1? If you've done this and are willing to share how you logged it I would be grateful. Also I didn't see planking at all in the list of exercises. I was surprised because I thought that was kind of popular now.
