How much have you lost with MFP?
I have flitted from diet to diet (weight watchers, slimming world etc) but have decided I really need to give MFP a go. Its so easy to type my food in and its free, I would be daft not to. So, how much have you lost with MFP? And have you found it easy? Thanks x

Do you add salad and vegetables on your mfp food log??
I have not been adding in veg and salad foods (cucumber, tomato, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower etc), but I do log fruit and potatoes, peas and parsnips. If your not a gym member what exercise do you do?
I'm a member of a gym, but am wondering whether to cancel my membership now the lighter mornings and evenings and warmer weather is coming. We dont have a wii or xbox for the kinect so that is not an option. I'm interested to see how others keep fit without the gym. Thanks. x

Eating exercise calories and are they already accounted for?
I understand we need to eat our calories burnt from exercise, but when I set up my calorie allowance for the day etc, I also put in my exercise for the week - 60 mins 3 times a week. I've logged my food and added my spinning class and my the calorie intake I have been given for the day has increased? Do I need to eat the calories burnt during exercise? I've generally thought not as it will create a slightly bigger deficit so will mean my weight loss is a little quicker. Can anyone advise? Many thanks. x
