If you eat your target cals can you lose more that the goal

Hi, I'm wondering if I stick to my calories target each day could I lose more than the 1.5lb I have indicated on my goals, or will I lose 1.5lb every week??

I know if I do more exercise than I have put on my goals I could lose more, but I'm just wondering if in the first few weeks I might lose more than 1.5lb each week. I hope I am making sense. Thanks. x
