I've logged my food and added my spinning class and my the calorie intake I have been given for the day has increased? Do I need to eat the calories burnt during exercise?
I've generally thought not as it will create a slightly bigger deficit so will mean my weight loss is a little quicker. Can anyone advise?
Many thanks. x

MFP has alreday calculated the deficit you need, based on food alone, so you can eat back those earned exercise calories and still lose weight.
Have a read of this - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/206951-asked-my-trainer-re-eating-back-calories0 -
Yep, eat them back. NET at least 1200 calories each day.0
