Lost my first 20lbs!
I'm so excited to lose the first 20lbs! It was my "major mini goal" in the beginning of this journey. I figured if i can get to 20 that should motivate me to keep going and lose the rest. Lost 16.6lbs....
So, I've lost 16.6lbs... that's a lot of weight! So i expected to see bigger results i guess. I realllllyyyy am not seeing a big difference! I only notice my pants wrinkle more now when i wear them. so it seems my thighs have gotten a bit smaller. But looking in the mirror... i just don't see it! I was looking at success…

Sleeping... and weight loss
Hello, On my previous thread the topic of sleeping came up and I was wondering if any of you know if sleeping is related to weight loss. For instance what happens if you dont get enough sleep?
