So I'm on vacation and I can say that I haven't been counting my calories I was still working out but I wasn't eating right. I would be probably eat once a day and I've had a lot of alcohol. Which scale is right?
So I'm on vacation visiting Atlanta. Before I left I had weighed myself two times that weeks I was in the range of 193-196. My scale is digital and so is my best friend's. Granted I weighed myself after eating and at night but her scale said 202. I haven't seen the 200s in weeks. I'm feeling really discouraged..
