About 10 months ago i was braggin about finally fitting in to these pants....
Now they are pretty much unwearable. LOL in the first pic I was 280 (20lbs down from 300) and the second pic i am 210. I now fit in to size 16 pants from 26/28w! And me in some of the 16's I tried on

First photo is at 300lbs second photo is at about 213. I have a jawline now!!

Just wanted to share my progress so far. Started at 300 lbs and am Currently at 236. I have dropped 11 BMI points.(25 years old, 5'3) My blood pressure use to average 133/95 on a good day with meds, with out meds i had readings of 165/110. Readings now average 111/75 to 125/85, doc thinks i may be able to drop the BP pills…

NSV Fitting in to old pants...
So i havent been able to fit in to these pants for a good 1 1/2 if not more and when i did buy them they were tight to begin with but look at them now! They fit comfortably! I am 20 lbs down from 300 with 130lbs left before i reach my goal. But i never thought i would fit in to these pants again. :D

Does anyone have a good recipie for healthy(er) backed chicken leg quarters? When my family cooks it it is coated with olive oil and seasonings .Then while cooking we "paint" on some melted butter. ...
