I just joined and I am trying to add in my exercise for the day but it keeps coming back with no results. I am looking for basic stuff, plank, side plank, superman, V ups, and bird dogs. I know they aren't super calorie burners but I am just starting. These are enough to kick my butt. Anyone know how to add these?
