Can't find exercises

I just joined and I am trying to add in my exercise for the day but it keeps coming back with no results. I am looking for basic stuff, plank, side plank, superman, V ups, and bird dogs. I know they aren't super calorie burners but I am just starting. These are enough to kick my butt. Anyone know how to add these?

    But how do I put them in here? I am using fitness blender as well. At least there they give you about how many calories you burn.

    Just put it under calisthenics and use the range of calories that FB says. I usually go with the lowest number.
