confused!! ( new n not very good at this)
ok ive eaten 1134 calories today... (im on a 1200 cals) yet it says I have 942 left...I get that this is because of the amount of exercise ive done...but am I ment to eat that back or what?

pushing through the pain!
ok so im really unfit!! :( but im tryin 2 change that...done 208 mins of exercise yesterday but my legs are agony this morning!! Its made me even more determined 2 succeed but im wondering if anyone has any good tips for pushing past the pain?

I really despise the taste of water, im trying really hard 2 force it down managed 4 cups today which is a lot for me...does anyone have any tips to make it easier x

Hi all just joined and started using my fitness pal, loving the site so far have a fair bit to lose and need all the support and motivation I can get, Im getting married next year which is one reason I want to lose weight but my main aim is I want to run the race for life, and rite now I couldn't run for the bus!!....help!
