pushing through the pain!

ok so im really unfit!! :( but im tryin 2 change that...done 208 mins of exercise yesterday but my legs are agony this morning!! Its made me even more determined 2 succeed but im wondering if anyone has any good tips for pushing past the pain?

    Pain is a message from your body that something is wrong. Pain is neutral. You have to figure out whether you should push through it or rest. If you are unfit and just starting to exercise, you might go more slowly so you don't injure yourself.

    there really is no need to do that much exercise in one day... especially if you are unfit to start with, its a sure fire way to burn out or get an injury

    think quality of exercise not quantity!
