Traveling, need food advice.
Hey, MFPers! I'm moving up to a new state and I'll be eating-while-traveling for 3 days. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for meal ideas? It's my first time traveling more than a few hours in 20 years.

My first elbows tucked pushup woot
It's the first time my entire life I've been able to do one. I'm 258lbs with lean mass of about 175. Yay!? I've been able to pushups with elbows extended for years, but I've always wanted to do this one. Standing Calf raises

14 dollars a day! Ideas?
MFP people, I am an above average age college student (33) with a heart condition and I need to know good ideas for meals that fit into a budget of 100 USD a week. So far, I'm eating chicken breast, brown rice, and broccoli everyday. Basically need to have low sodium and be healthy. I'm not on a super low fat or low carb…

New to the site.
Hi! I just want to say I love this site. It will make forming meal plans and tracking them so much easier. Hope to lose 75 over the next year to prepare my body for a future heart transplant. Thanks for tracking sodium!
