I used to drink 12-18 Mtn Dews a day. It was a major contributing factor to my morbid obesity. I now drink either Diet Mtn Dew, or Coke Zero. I also enjoy hot tea with Truvia.

I have no idea what yoga sun salutation is but it sounds very Zen. Googling... yea except you do the traditional lowering a plank position to the floor and press it back up without arching your hip. I don't think I can do the yoga thing, though, I'm not that flexible.

2lbs of chicken breast for 2 bucks? I live in Alabama (pretty cheap state) and Wal-Mart sells its chicken breast for 1.99/lb and that's with 15% chicken broth added... For 20 bucks you can get 18 burgers from checkers, though.

I weigh myself daily, write it down in one of those cheep monthly calendars and see how I progress through the week, month, year. I can also see what X amount of sodium, excess calories etc does to my body. I take my measurements weekly. I measure neck, chest, waist, hips, thigh, bicep, calf.
