Adjusting calorie intake
I'm under the impression that I should readjust my calorie intake after every 10lbs. How do I do that on mfp to keep my weight loss successful??

Intake ratio for weight loss
What is the correct ratio for losing weight. I was told veggies should fill half my plate. Should my protein intake percentage be large than my fat intake percentage or vice versa? Omg I'm so confused!

Does anyone know how to factor in the calories that get burned while you work. I do homecare and my job pretty much consists of taking care of another person, however I have to physically lift my client multiply times throughout the morning.

New and Need Motivation
I went to buy a dress for a Christmas party and was DISTRAUGHT to the tenth power, since then I have made it my BUSINESS to get my life together. I quit smoking/drinking, did a body detox and joined the gym. I am so dedicated that I caught a flat tire, fixed it myself and still made it to the gym and that was on my lunch…
