I get so HUNGRY when I get PMS. Food is all I think about. Is there any tips you ladies have for keeping your diet when you're tired, hungry and crampy?

Food Allergies
I have major food allergies, gluten, dairy, eggs, banana, strawberries and oats. Doe anyone else suffer? Are their any good vegan protein drinks? Any food suggestions?

Arm Jiggle
Anyone know of any good exercises to get rid of the bat wings? I hate my lower arm jiggle. Has any ladies been able to get rid of it? If so do you have pics, and what did you do?

Plateau
I seem to have hit a plateau. I have lost 29 lbs. I have only lost 1 lb this month. Most days I do an hour of cardio a day running intervals and elliptical 5 to 6 days a week and weight training 3 days a week. I my calories are set at 1400 a day. Baby Gut
Okay, I have lost almost thirty lbs. I have lost decent inches everywhere but my stomach. I swear I still look like I have a three month baby belly. My stomach use to be my favorite part. Now I hate it. I feel like I don't look any better because of it. Any suggestions? I've had two kids in three yrs.

I joined a few weeks ago when my husband left for the Navy. I want to blow his mind in 6 months with my weight loss. I have have awesome success in just a few short weeks and I hope it continues.
