Ok I started exercising and doing alot or whats alot of cardio for me. Last week I weighed myself at 149.5 this morning 1 week later I just weighed myself at 156. pack my own lunch
I pack my own lunch for work and would like to have something difrent and healthy. Since january of 2013 I habe ate 2 bologna sandwitches and a sandwitch back of salt and vineger chips. I quit smoking cold turkey from 2 packs a day. So far so good I am on day 4 or 5 and my ushale coping skill is not working today. Because I am not able to go on a walk. So aside from eating what helped you to get through the first few weeks?
