Hello my name is Richard. I recently decided to quit smoking after nearly 15 years and to start trai ing for my forst 5k run. I have no idea what I am getting into.
I curently weigh 249 pounds and was at 289 last sumer. Not sure how I lost 40 pounds in a year with only changing to a harder job. But that got me windering how much could I lose if I tried. Not sure how much more weight but want to find out.
