Those last 15 pounds...
Those of you who started off with 40 pounds or more to lose, how did losing those last 15 pounds or so compare with the weight you lost earlier on? Was it easier or harder? Did you have to change things up to keep the scale moving?

Did anybody else's active minutes just change?
I just updated the FitBit app on my iPhone and suddenly I have way more active minutes than before I updated. It seems to have added active minutes to all my days this week too. Did anyone else notice something like that? What's going on?
