Rest days from running
I slowly upped my mileage to around 45 miles per week and I love running. I also cycle and do the elliptical fairly regularly and try to do some body weight training. On top I have to walk my dogs daily for about 4-6 miles. Looking at training plans, most incorporate at least one day per week of not running. I have two…

Apologies for bombarding you with a second question today, but this has been bugging me and the info on the web is not clear. My bands go up to 210lbs. My dumbbells go up to 52.5lbs. (Bowflex) What is your take on training…

Knees
Just wondering whether I made a mistake ordering the insanity videos. I had a knee injury two years ago, meniscus, but no surgery. Are those videos high impact on my knees or is there a way to do the exercises without the danger of hurting my knee again? Stef.

Insanity and knees
I had a knee injury two years ago from skiing. No surgery but MRI shows damaged meniscus. I am thinking doing insanity and now I have read that it is quite knee intense. Is there a way to do the exercises without putting too much pressure on my knees? Thanks for your help! Stef.
