Has anyone on here ever tried intermittant fasting? How long did it take for you to adjust to it? Was training fasted as bad as you thought it would be? Did you get good results from it? What were your macros and total calories? And did you do it 7 days a week? Thanks for any replies

Carb Refeed Day Advice
I plan on having a refeed day every 9-10 days for the next few weeks, should I enter a caloric surplus on this day or just hit my maintenance requirements? What is an unhealthly low BF%?
Can someone give me some advice and opinions on what their idea of an unhealthly low bf% is? I'd like to get down to about 8/9% and maintain it for a month or 2, it would be asthetic (in my opinion) to look like that, but is it actually healthy?
