Can someone give me some advice and opinions on what their idea of an unhealthly low bf% is?
I'd like to get down to about 8/9% and maintain it for a month or 2, it would be asthetic (in my opinion) to look like that, but is it actually healthy?

I would say unhealthy BF% for prolonged times would be <5%
I am currently around 6 or 7....and been there for a few months....
I do fine where I am at.0 -
could be mistaken but for men i think the unhealthy range is sub 5%, 8/9% would be difficult to maintain but not unhealthy provided youre hitting your macros0

8-9% is fine, I know several people who maintain around this level most of the year.
Unhealthy I'd say would be around 5% and below, you'll mess with the hormones at those levels.0
