How is everyone doing? I started the program back in January but it was really rough on my knees so I moved to kettlebells for awhile. I started BBG again and am finishing my 2nd week today. Daily Workout
Day 1 - Legs and Cardio done! Looks easy on paper but I was toast when I was done! Actually took me 34 minutes to get through it because I had to take longer breaks between circuits. My heart was racing. My HRM says I burned 348 calories in 34 minutes. I'm happy with that!
