High Protein, Low Carb Snacks for Work
I'm looking for high protein snacks I can eat at work at my desk, (easy grab n go). I am not on a low carb diet but I seem to always reach for things high in carbs which puts me over every day. All ideas/suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Eating fruit after 3pm? LOL
I don't have a question or any suggestions here but I just heard the funniest thing from a co-worker. She told us that if you eat anything containing sugar, including fruit, after 3pm, it turns straight to sugar in your body therefore nothing but fat. I have never heard such ridiculousness. BMR question/help
Hi, I just calculated my BMR and it says 1151cal/day. If I'm currently not working out at all, how many calories do I consume a day? I'm confused by this number. Any help would be appreciated.

I just started using this site on Jan 1st. This is by far the best food tracker I've come across (used to do it manually). My goal is to lose 20 lbs. I've gained about 8 between Thanksgiving and Christmas...but that is typical of me. Ooops. Lol Here's to sticking to a healthy weight loss plan
