High Protein, Low Carb Snacks for Work

I'm looking for high protein snacks I can eat at work at my desk, (easy grab n go). I am not on a low carb diet but I seem to always reach for things high in carbs which puts me over every day.

All ideas/suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Quest bars are pretty solid. Various meat snacks like Ostrim sticks, Nick's sticks, etc. have a fair bit of protein in them.

I second the questbars. Low sugar, low carb, low fat, and 20g protein

A couple of my favorites are Breakstones 2% cottage cheese with rice crackers and turkey or ham slices with Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese (35 cals) spread cheese on lunch meat and roll up.

I make protein oatmeal blueberry pancakes.
  • Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt is a winner, 8 carbs.
Planters Mixed nuts with California Pistachios

    I keep both at work.

If you like crunchy, Kellogs Cracker Crisps Sea Salt variety has 23 carbs in 30 chips. :)

These are all great ideas for high protein:smile: I would also add peanut butter, but pay attention to the sugar and fat content in some brands. I love putting it on rice cakes and drizzle a bit of honey n cinnamon on top :) Also, the Nature Valley greek yogurt protein bars are great they have about 10 grams of protein per bar,but sugar is a bit on the high side at 11 grams, but better than a candy bar :)
