Actually they do. We used to have chickens growing up and we would feed them everything to see if they would eat. They also will eat their own eggs scrambled. We were sick as kids, I know......Anyhow, congrats on your weight loss so far.

some people eat all their exercise calories back, some eat half and some eat none. I think it depends on the person and how their body feels. Since you are burn that many calories, it could be beneficial for you to eat back at least half.

If you don't like beets (or any other food), why try to find it made in a way you would eat it. For me, life is too short to try to eat something I don't like. Too many other good healthy nutritious things out there. :)

Zucchini boats. Cut zucchini lengthwise, hollow out the inside. Grill the zucchini, stuff with hot browned ground beef, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Throw back on the grill until the cheese is melted on top

I eat what I want as long as it fits into my allotted calories. I do walk, run and other exercise but I don't log it here. I lose weight that way. But I know for some, it's much harder or next to impossible to do it that way. To each their own. Congrats on your weight loss.

Sorry, I don't know of any low cal recipes but when I eat them, I just make sure I have enough left in my daily numbers to accommodate.

Only you can motivate yourself. We can all sit here and give you advice on how to eat, how to exercise, how to live but in the end, only you are going to decide if you are going to do it or not.
