    Thanks...
    Started just under a year ago..
    Kept to the recomnended mfp calorie intake and was able to start some regular dog walkung once my weight related back pain eased..

    I am in awe of your success and perseverance. I have about 60 pounds to lose and I just cannot visualize it happening. I'm down the first 10 and I'm happy about it and learning about what right portion size is and all, but what did you do to keep your mind from sabotaging you? I'm afraid mine is not so strong.

    Plenty of Green salads, fruit, chicken and fish are definitely the way to go.. Plenty of flavoured water too.
    I still get cravings for stuff l know is bad for me.... but If you dont buy em you cant eat em!
