So back on here after losing 30 pounds and have been running and staying active, want more results so purchased a scale and food prep containers. A guy sent me a spreadsheet of his daily meal plan but where do you guys get started... Counting macros seems complicated, anyone have a good source with each foods macro break…

Days over

Fighting that feeling
What do you normally do to fight hunger, and after starting to eat healthy portions, how long did it take for your stomach and mind to adjust? I have always ate until my plate was empty or I was over full. This morning after eating and drinking a lot of water I feel that hunger kicking in already!
