Days over

So finally did a food journal, apparently I am under calories and WAY over sodium. Spreading out meals like I did today made me feel like I was going way over calories eating every 3 hours.

Does anyone have any opinion on running in a sauna suite? I have been just sitting in the sauna in my shorts and t shirt after every gym day for about 30 minutes... I already am feeling more alert and waking up earlier from going to the gym.

Edit: I also changed my profile picture to how I was a few years ago as a reminder of where I want to be again eventually!

from a weight loss perspective, all a sauna does is dehydrate you...

unless you are trying to make weight for a competition there is no need to run in a sauna suit

I was hoping it was sweating out some fat too in the process, so a sauna suite is a complete waste of time also then...

Unless you have a medical problem I wonder worry about sodium. Your body naturally regulates it.
If your overweight and the calories your normally eating are under then there's a problem.
My best guess at the problem is not accurately measuring and logging ALL your food and drinks ( this can be tricky as some of the entries in the database are wrong so check them when you can and if it seems to good to be true then it probably is)
    Good luck.
