So back on here after losing 30 pounds and have been running and staying active, want more results so purchased a scale and food prep containers. A guy sent me a spreadsheet of his daily meal plan but where do you guys get started...

Counting macros seems complicated, anyone have a good source with each foods macro break down? I tried using the myfitpal one yesterday and I entered the correct ounces and nothing changed, I am using google chrome. Thanks for any advice. :/

I sometimes premake meals, I log what I think I'm going to use in it and then add more (or less) meat (protein), oil, or carby things like lentils/rice/pasta.

I'm aiming for 2200 calories a day and 90g protein, I'm not to worried about fats/carbs proportions. So I try to make meals under 600 or 650 calories with 30g of protein. Then I don't need to worry about protein in my snacks
