I have been doing MFP for about 6 weeks now. I lost 10 lbs rapidly (in about 1.5 weeks) and have now COMPLETELY stalled out. I find that sometimes I can eat the exact same foods, but get different effects. Some days I can have a protein shake for breakfast and be fine until lunch. I recently had a back injury in which my Dr. prescribed me steroids. Because of this I am STARVING all of the time! What are some things I can do/eat to help with this without throwing me off? I cannot really exercise yet because of the injury so I can't "earn" calories that way. Help!
