Frustrated

I have been doing MFP for about 6 weeks now. I lost 10 lbs rapidly (in about 1.5 weeks) and have now COMPLETELY stalled out. I haven't had any loss at all in the last 4 weeks and have been fluctuating back and forth about 5 lbs. What gives? I have been coming in under my calories for the most part and have been exercising at least three times per week. Could those few off days really messed me up that bad? Or is stalling a natural part of it?
