Well, the scale says I'm up like more than 5 pounds which I find hard to believe. I guess it's like that because I started doing hard cardio again after going more than a month without doing it, I started exercising hard again like 4 weeks ago so I guess the water weight should be coming down? Breakfast
Does it help you not overeat later on in the day? I know the idea that breakfast boosts your metabolism and such is a myth but what do you think of the claim that it doesn't make you eat more? Do some of you concur with that?

If I haven't exercised in like over a month and I return to exercising back to high intensity, will I gain weight more than 5 pounds?
