Well, the scale says I'm up like more than 5 pounds which I find hard to believe. I guess it's like that because I started doing hard cardio again after going more than a month without doing it, I started exercising hard again like 4 weeks ago so I guess the water weight should be coming down? It says I'm around like 163.4 but when I look in the mirror, I'm pretty sure I look the same? Guess I'm just over exaggerating?
Is this a sign to stop weighing myself all the time? Lmaoo.

That's normal and It could be water. For instance yesterday I weighted 162.2 then today I get on the scale 24 hours later and i'm 159.4. The only time you should worry is if your weight keeps going up each day.0
