making this a new goal, feeling bummed
I would always weigh myself daily but it jumps around so much. I do understand that it would be alot of things and not weight gain but its still super discouraging! I plan to only weigh myself once now on monday mornings when i wake up. does anyone else do weekly weight in instead of dailys? and how does that work for you?
