I would always weigh myself daily but it jumps around so much. I do understand that it would be alot of things and not weight gain but its still super discouraging!
I plan to only weigh myself once now on monday mornings when i wake up.

does anyone else do weekly weight in instead of dailys? and how does that work for you?

Since I started in early 2012 I always did weekly weigh ins. It worked really well because at the time my husband and I were doing a small group class at the gym and the trainer would weight us in before the training session. It really made me think about my choices during the week, funny thing was I almost felt like I would disappoint the trainer LOL whatever it worked.

I am pretty close to my goal weight and for some reason I fluctuate wildly. Now I weigh myself more on a monthly basis. I think some of that is because I have changed my mind set on my goals. I'm not exactly trying to maintain because I would still like to get to my goal, but I'm focused more on what I can do and how I feel. I have gained a lot more muscle than I ever had or thought I could have and that has made me so much happier than just losing weigh could.
  • When I did weight watchers they absolutely discouraged weighing yourself daily and strongly suggested that you weigh you always weigh at the same time of day with the same clothes on if possible. It worked.

Unfortunately I'm impatient and don't like waiting an entire week so I tend to weigh myself every three or four days, this seems to work for me.

    Good luck!
  • I know what you mean about dissapoing the trainer. I feel the same way every time i go to the doctor and dispointing him lol. thank you!
