Baby #3, breastfeeding and tracking food with no weight loss

I'm in a rut with my current menu and need some new ideas. What are some of your favorite recipes and/or cookbooks? I just found out that I am pregnant again. During my last pregnancy, exercise consisted of rubbing my belly and complaining about how big I was. I am determined not to go down that same path! Once a month cooking?
Has anyone tried once-a-month cooking?? I have to cook for my whole family plus my father-in-law who's diabetic. I'm trying to think of ways to get lots of meals prepared in advanced... but meals where I can control how healthy they are, instead of pre-packaged stuff. Any tips?

Snacking while at your desk
What are some good snacks for sitting around at work? It's probably more habitual than actual hunger, but when I'm buried in a task a work I just want to nibble on something. benefit of saunas?
Do any of you use saunas before or after workouts? What is their benefit? I've used them on spa days but never in conjunction with a workout. My fitness center has one and there are always people using it. Just curious... thanks!

7 mos. post partum and new here
Getting back into working out has been hard but would love to be able to lose 20-25 lbs! Working out mostly on my lunch breaks so looking for the most efficient work outs for short chunks of time. :smile:
