Baby #3, breastfeeding and tracking food with no weight loss

Baby #3 is about 4 months old and I am breastfeeding. With babies 1 and 2 I seemed to lose the weight quicker, this one is just lingering. I've been logging all my food regularly for about 3 weeks and have only lost about 1-2 lbs.
My daily goal is 1,370 calories, but I log breastfeeding as using 500 calories per day, so I'm trying to eat roughly 1,870 calories daily. I'm only walking, about 20-30 min at a time, and occasional yoga. I feel by body isn't bouncing back as quickly as before (I had a C-section this time as opposed to vag deliveries before), even walking is taxing.
What else can I do to jump start some weight loss and start feeling normal again? Am I just being impatient and it takes longer with C-section recovery?

Losing 1-2 pounds in 3 weeks, when just starting out, is fine. I'd say keep going as you are, but give yourself another 4-6 weeks to see that the trend is going in the right direction.

Time. You have to give your body time to heal. My numbr 3 is now one year. Your body may not be ready yet. Make sure you are still taking a prenatal and other vitamin your body needs. Eventually the weight will come off but it may be slow esp while bfing as is the case for many. Drink alot alot of water this helps too. Also there are many threads on this so search that search button option at the top. Good luck:)0
