I really like the Beachbody meal plan articles and My Meal Plan page (http://www.teambeachbody.com/eat-smart/meal-plans). Articles like this one are nice where they map out all the recipes, shopping list, etc.,…

Thanks, nutmegoreo! I have a 8-5 desk job so mostly sedentary Mon-Fri with weekend hikes/walks/playing with my kids.

Thanks for the info so far! The calories were coming in around 1320, which is why I thought my food intake was okay. We did take measurements as well but not scheduled to measure again until the end of the month. Could the water retention also explain my feet and hands feeling swollen when I wake up in the morning?? I've…

oh can I add you all?! I'm also mom of 3 and gained 70 with the third... must keep working towards these goals!
-
I should add, my alarm goes off at 5am, usually go to bed around 10pm.

I feel like I read once it has to do with your oxygen intake. I was yawning like crazy in last night's workout and tried to make sure I was taking full deep breaths to get through it.

I did Craigslist search earlier today and found a couple cheap options.

as many Maker's and diet cokes as can fit into my desired intake goal ;-) Maybe that's why I'm not doing so well, haha, I should move to where ever mmmpork lives.

I'm on day 3 of week 3, I'll add you!
-
Exactly me! Mine are 5, 3, and 15 months.

I was just getting ready to post the same exact question! I have been looking at T25 or PiYo I but they are expensive. I have some old Jillian Michaels and The Firm DVDs but I'm intrigued by the YouTube idea, I've never tried it for workouts.

thanks thanks all!

Way to go dad!

My kids are 5, 3, and 1. Add me too! :-)

Way to go! Feel free to add me. I just cleaned out my friend list because I noticed that so many that I added back 4+ years ago are no longer active here. I signed up originally after baby #1 with huge results, but here I am again after baby #3 and hoping to lose 20-25. Any one else can add me as well.
-
I want in ;-) Mom of three, 5, 3, and 1 years old, work full time, and need all the support I can get. Current goal is to lose 20-25 lbs and started C25K a couple weeks ago. Just need to stay healthy to keep up with the kids.

I'm about to turn 40, mom of 3, and looking to lose 25 pounds! Feel free to add me.

Thanks guys!

I've used several recipes in the Pressure Cooking for Dummies book, it was a good entry level cookbook on how to learn how to use the pressure cooker. Teaches you the basics on cooking potatoes, meat, beans, etc., but has some good go to recipes, like refried beans, arroz con pollo, mashed potatoes.

Look up the Engine 2 Diet website and cookbook, I have tried many of his recipes and they are all pretty good. I also make this slow cooker vegan navy bean soup all of the time, http://www.budgetbytes.com/2013/09/slow-cooker-white-bean-soup/

We make this Vegetarian Navy Bean soup that comes out really good. You just use water, vegetable, and beans, no packaged broth. http://www.budgetbytes.com/2013/09/slow-cooker-white-bean-soup/

Ditto on that, I just had my third and am far away from what I was pre-babies, 165 before, 215 now. I may never make it back to where I was but I'm just doing what I can. I have used mfp after each pregnancy, I track all my food and log breastfeeding. Helps me track gettung enough food so my milk supply doesn't drop but…

I just stumbled upon this thread and am loving it. I'm a working mom of three kids under 5 years old. Just hearing that there are other working moms out there who are finding time for working out keeps me hopeful. Thanks!

it's sooooo good, my coworker makes it for us all of the time.

Thanks all. I do need a big poo, it's true! Which is why I started the fiber... anyhow, TMI. My sodium levels are through the roof if I scan through the last couple weeks of food entries. And yes, I always need more exercise. I've been successful with it before when I would just adjust my food, and so I was in a comfort…

And I'm posting it here in the motivation board because it is seriously bringing me down... I need some support and/or tips to help me stay motivated to keep on.
-
Me too, full-time working mom of two, 1 year old and 3 year old. Need all the support I can get!
-
Exactly what I was just going to say! Can I add you both?!? ;-)

I'm also a working mom of 2 and instead of cooking for the whole week on Sunday sometimes I just need a break, lol. I tend to eat the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, I don't really pack/cook in advance but I stock the fridge/pantry with what I know works and it makes it easy to pack my lunches. For dinners I…
