Eating more and freaking out....
Okay, I started eating more about 3 weeks ago and when I got all swollen and "thicker than usual" as a friend put it, I was very upset. The next week, I tried a minicut, because I was so upset...I did 6 days of lean protein and veggies, about 800-1200 calories per day. Then I decided eating more was right and started to do…

Let's make a promise to each other....
Let's promise to not let ourselves down this week and eat too much! I don't mean not to enjoy the holiday meals...but a couple of bites of something bad should be enough. I did this on Thanksgiving and I felt so empowered! I didn't get my favorite desert, but I did get a very small amount for my 3 year old. She didn't eat…

I have been doing lots of cardio and some weights (p90X, Turbofire and Insanity), burning about 600-800 calories per day. I gained about 3 pounds when I started eating what MFP said and but not…

Enter exercise calories before you do it.....
I have started doing this and it seems to really be helping me stick with my target for the day. I plan it and then enter it in the morning and even if I don't do exactly what I decided to do...I try to burn the same number of calories. I wear a Heart Rate monitor so that helps me figure out how many I am burning. Just…
