So I did the plyometrics today, how do I enter that into MFP?
Has anyone ever done the P90X program and ran? What program did you do? The Regular or Lean? Also for the Plyometrics, how do you enter it on MFP? Under cardio?
So twice a week I work out with a personal trainer but I have no clue how many calories I would be burning. He makes me do all kinds of crazy things. To track on MFP does anyone have any suggestions what I should put it under?
