Working out with Personal Trainer

So twice a week I work out with a personal trainer but I have no clue how many calories I would be burning. He makes me do all kinds of crazy things. To track on MFP does anyone have any suggestions what I should put it under?

I just log mine as circuit general, I rather underestimate then overestimate
Mine tells me to aim to be about 600 calories in deficit every day. So if I eat 1200, burn 800, I only add extra 200 to my diet that day.0 -
This one is easy!
Ask him.He'll know.
We're trained to know these things -- and you pay us for it. Just ask and he should be able to give you a pretty darned close number. :drinker:0 -
You could get you a heart rate monitor and then you will know for sure:))0
