Well, the Ice Cream Stands are starting to open around here. I had a small chocolate, came home and entered it into search. YIPES. 400 whopping calories. Anyone found a tasty substitute for chocolate soft serve?

What else besides Popcorn?
So far I eat Smart Pop kettle corn to satisfy a need to move my hand to my mouth repeatedly. It makes me feel like I have really eaten a lot. But, I am afraid I will turn myself on it. Any other ideas for labor intensive low calorie snacks would be greatly appreciated.

McDonalds Scrambled Eggs
In a hurry this AM so went to McDonalds and ordered 2 scrambled eggs. When I entered them the cholesterol count was over 500. Do they put something in their scrambled eggs? Live and Learn. I thought it would be a healthy choice in a hurry.

Calorie Counting Dr Oz Show
OK Great. Yesterday on the Dr. OZ show the Paleo diet rep said that most people who count calories as a weight loss technique end up gaining back all and more of their weight. The statistics he quoted were high. What do you all think? I found it discouraging since that is what is working for me right now. Grrr.

Irritability Factor
Anyone else start to feel more stressed out and irritable when starting to lose weight. I feel like I have less patience and my mood isn't as good. Any ideas for combating this side effect? Thx

Green Beans and Butter
Phooey. After deciding I actually like healthy green beans steamed with butter, I logged it on the food counter and my butter added 200 calories to my day. Not such a great 2nd day. Anyone else need the flavor of butter to eat cooked green beans? Have you found an alternative. Thanks.
