30 day shred?
So far I've lost 40 lbs using an exercise bike and I'm thinking I should definitely try some other workouts, I've got around 30 more lbs to lose, I was wondering if the 30 day shred was good for losing weight or if it was more for toning/building muscle, either way I'll probably try it anyways. weight loss
I think weight loss is like taking care of a pet, you have to feed it every day, if you don't give it some sort of exercise and feed it too much it will get fat over time. If you don't feed it at all, it will soon become unhealthy and then eventually die. Sometimes I just pretend that taking care of my health is similar.…

Too much sleep
