I'm 5'4" started at 200lbs, now I'm 155, trying to get somewhere between 125 and 135 hopefully :p
-
Just started today. I used 2 books as temporary weights :P
-
I was thinking of doing the video and then 20 minutes on the exercise bike instead of my usual 45. There are free 30 day shred videos on Youtube I was going to check out also.

Thanks, that's a helpful chart :)
-
I could use some friends, most of them deleted me when I was out of town :/

Trying this again. I lost 25 lbs so far, I'm almost half way there. Thought I would post them for motivation. First two pics I am 200 lbs. 2nd two pics after I've lost 25 lbs. There's a nice difference in my face :)

Tried to post pics. Failed. I'll try again...

Sounds exactly how my dad would treat my mom... Made me so angry. They are divorced now and my mom is a lot happier.
-
Sorry, I missed the first part where you said you were taking Phentermine. I don't know what that is..
-
I didn't lose an ounce until a month later. Now I've lost 20 lbs in 3 months. Pretty sure in most cases, it takes more than 2 weeks when you have just started.
-
I started in January and was getting bummed out that I wasn't losing either, it took me about a month to start losing. I think it takes some peoples' bodies longer to figure out what's going on lol. 3 months later I've lost 20 lbs : )
-
I don't like to constantly take anything for weight loss though, I like to take long breaks from those kinds of things and see if my own health is still working lol.
-
I've taken them and at first thought they helped me not be hungry, but then I figured it might be placebo because they soon didn't work. I've also taken Green Coffee Bean Extract and really like those, always lost at least a couple pounds whenever I would start to take them.
-
Yeah I might tough it out, I don't get very sore from my exercise bike so that's why I was wondering about it now.
-
Example: someone said it is good once in a while because it helps condition your body to better remove lactic acid build up.

I've been eating 2 fried eggs every morning for a while now and so far lost 13 lbs in almost 2 months, they definitely keep me full for a good chunk of the day. I just started only having one egg now though so I could have more munchies later if I want em.

-
I just turned 23 in December, I'm 5"4 and working on losing 60 pounds. Feel free to add me! :)
-
Same here, someone gave me 6.5 : '( lol

So my NET calories should be 1200 then. Even though I'm not eating enough how is it that I haven't been losing more weight? I thought the starvation mode thing was a myth and I don't feel like I am starving : /
-
I thought maybe I was getting too much sleep because I was losing when I woke up earlier, my diet is the same, but I'm not losing now I was thinking it had something to do with too much sleep. I would probably eat more if I was awake more of the day too and be more productive which would also help. I have energy and I eat…
-
I didn't say anything about being exhausted, I said maybe I should get up earlier. Chill out.
-
How many NET calories am I supposed to have?
-
I'm not exhausted. I just have trouble waking up early
-
Yeah, either way I am more productive when I wake up earlier so maybe I burn more calories because of that : ) I'm definitely sticking with my diet, I am addicted to oranges and apples. Sometimes I go over my sugar intake, but not usually much. And I read that fruit sugar is easier for your body to process so I'm not too…
-
Well my diary is public now. Feel free to look at it. Someone said to me that you don't start losing much weight the first month and a half or something so maybe that's the case. For me anyways.
-
Actually sleep can have a lot to do with everything, including weight. Either not getting enough sleep or getting too much sleep. And maybe that's not the case for everyone because obviously everyone is different. And this is why I like to read about stuff before I ask, there's always a million different answers.
-
yeah, I've skipped breakfast a couple times this week because I read that it might help you lose weight a little quicker. But it's not good to do that all the time.
