Yesterday I was cleaning and moving furniture for hours, probably about 5 or more hours and so today I am pretty sore. Should I skip my workout on my exercise bike today? I have looked it up and have seen that it can be good and/or bad to workout with sore muscles. I'm figuring I will rest today, just wanted to see what you people have to say about it.

Example: someone said it is good once in a while because it helps condition your body to better remove lactic acid build up.0

If I never worked out when I was sore, I'd barely ever work out. Maybe take it easier than you would normally but I don't see a reason to skip.0

Yeah I might tough it out, I don't get very sore from my exercise bike so that's why I was wondering about it now.0

It will make you feel better actually ...getting a good stretch in your muscles etc.0
