I'm famished.
I recently decided to start counting calories again after falling off the wagon. I went into the settings to see if there was anything I needed to update and I changed my activity level from light/moderate to sedentary (simply because it said desk job in parenthesis and I do work a desk job). When I did this, it changed my…

Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup

I know that this is totally feasible and that they say 3,500 calories is equivalent to a pound (I know this is up for debate too). You do this by creating a 500 calorie deficit each day. Example: If your body…

Tracking Calories thru Technology
Ok so I'm sure this has been discussed before but I am new so be nice. I have an infant so I'm not really able to get back in the gym yet. My workouts take place in my living room and I really want to be able to track my calories and log them correctly. What should I buy to get the most accurate reading for calories…
