  • Totally agree. I'm not into the whole "starvation diet" thing. I really believe in eating well and nourishing your body and I feel like I am neglecting mine right now. I think I'm just gonna switch it back to 1600 and see if that doesn't make a huge difference.

  • You can pretty much use toast as a vessel to carry any yumminess. Fry an egg and put some salsa on top, a little cream cheese and fig chutney, almond butter and apple butter, cream cheese, smoked salmon and red onion

  • Yup. I was just getting down about this this morning, actually. I've been trying so hard and have been so honest with myself for the past week. I am set up to lose 1.5 lbs a week but I only lost 0.4 argggg. However, I have already lost 1.5" off my waist & 0.5" off my calves.
