It's the last week!
How is everyone goals coming along? I have changed mine. First it was 15 miles a week, then 200 and now it is 300 miles. I am 86 miles away but today I am hoping to end the day with only needing 50 more miles! Keep up the awesome work everyone! Hope each of you have an AMAZING last week of #BikeJanuary

I'm 25 pounds away from losing 100 pounds
And for some odd reason I have been sabotaging myself! I think I am afraid of actually losing 100 pounds. Mostly because I want it to be this really big deal and I know it won't. I am thinking about having a party. I should be able to show off right? My reward so far is that I am going to buy an elliptical!

How are you guys biking? I live in Missouri and it is cold (brrrr) and we currently have ice on the ground. Luckily I have my magnetic station bike! No excuses to not bike! I can't wait until spring so I can bike trails!

Frustrated by the scale.
The scale hasn't moved once in almost a month! Every Sunday I am 214.3 to 214.7. I exercise, I eat within my calories. It's just like ugh! Of course I have a friend who doesn't follow her diet at all and somehow still drops the weight! I'm like really, here I am walking and biking and not eating chocolate while you eat out…

Tomorrow I am hosting a single lady party and we have decided we wanted healthy but something with some sin. I am differently doing chocolate covered fruit or just chocolate covered strawberries and a fruit tray plus popcorn but I was wondering if you guys had any awesome healthy snack/party recipes to serve up also. ^_^
