Hello and welcome!
-
I have PCOS. This didn't really affect my weight loss. I ate healthy 80/20. I exercise for at least 30 mins 5 days a week. The only thing I hated was when I lost a certain amount the extra hormones the fat in my body was holding would release and for a while I would have a period every couple of weeks or spot bleeding.

I was 275.7 at 5'2 and I hated my life at 23. I just ended it with a long term lover. I was NEVER not obese since the age of 9 and I decided I wanted a complete change. I started in 2014 and I have lost 134 pounds. I have ran half and full marathons and I enjoy life a lot now.

Hello hello! Feel free to add me. I try my best to at least comment once a day and I always respond to messages! I have lost 134 pounds I have 5 to 15 more to go!
-
I am 5'2 I started off at 275.7 pounds, I have lost 134 pounds. My goal is about 125 - 140 because i am a runner and bottom heavy so sometimes the lower weight makes my upper body look too skinny.

I know how it feels, I lost motivations last month and just found it. I have really great friends so I got on just to check on them, then they were doing runs and such so I would go on one, then I finally got back to logging and finishing my diary.

Welcome!

I'm not, but I have a friend who is vegan so when we do dinner together it has to be vegan (of course) Tofu is actually yummy, we have a lot of black bean tacos, lentil soups

Feel free to add me. I am restarting starting today.

Reducing time, increasing resistance, I also do a 4:1 interval, which means for 4 minutes I push myself, then do a relax pace for 1 minute. The elliptical can be great but I feel like it makes you stiff and I end being more sore from it than running.
-
I'm Tatajana, 25, I have 15 more pounds to lose but I have lost 135 pounds. I'm just struggling with recovery from running a full marathon and going back to being active, and healthy eating.

I found a local running group in facebook groups and joined them one day. Now I'm training for my 3rd half marathon. I disliked running now I tend to enjoy it mostly.
