Please define "Cheat days"
I am pretty new to this caloric deficit way of eating, which is SO liberating! Anyway, I have been seeing posters mention cheat days. Does that mean you are eating beyond your calorie goal? Eating something within your calorie goal but not necessarily good for you (like chips, for instance), not logging?? I would love to…

Does anyone have any idea appx. how many calories are burned doing the 39 minuted Turbo Sculpt (with 5 lb. weights) from the Turbo Jam series? I sweat more doing that and breath as if I am doing a cardio workout much of the time. Thanks in advance.

Does it really matter when we eat what? Specifically, I don't really care to eat fruit during the daytime so when I want a sweet treat at night I reach for a banana.
